🏨 How do I book my hotel room?
To reserve your room for the ASGCA Annual Meeting:

(Note: when booking online, you will see the room rate with resort fee included, or $284, and may only book the dates within Oct. 26 - 30. For inquiries outside of the meeting dates, it is best to reserve your room by phone.) -

A one-night deposit is required at the time of booking.

The remaining balance will be automatically charged 7 days prior to arrival.
❌ What is the hotel cancellation policy?
This hotel enforces a strict cancellation policy:

Cancellations made 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund minus a $25 fee.

Cancellations within 29 days of arrival are non-refundable—no exceptions.
Be sure to plan ahead. We recommend setting a reminder for the cancellation deadline.

🚗 Should I rent a car?
Yes. We highly recommend renting a car for maximum flexibility during your stay.
Transportation will be provided only on Tuesday for Education at Titleist and golf at Kittansett.
Car rentals are available at both airports, and we've secured discounts with Avis, Budget, and Hertz.

🚌 Is public transportation available to the hotel?
Public transit is limited and takes significantly longer. If needed:

Take the CapeFLYER Train (seasonal) from Boston to Hyannis → capeflyer.com

From Hyannis, take a CCRTA bus, rideshare (Uber/Lyft), or taxi to Chatham.
Travel time using public transit can exceed 3–4 hours.

Overnight guests: Parking is included in the resort fee.

Day attendees: Free self-parking is available on-site.
No additional valet or self-parking fees apply.

Yes, meals are provided for all registered meeting attendees and golf participants.

Please keep in mind that late fall in Cape Cod can bring quick shifts in temperature and coastal breezes. We recommend keeping an eye on the weather forecast in the days ahead, packing layers and a light jacket to ensure comfort indoors and outdoors.
